Notice of Fare Increase
The Salem Area Mass Transit District Board of Directors voted to increase the price of cash fares, day passes, monthly passes, cherricards, summer youth passes, and annual passes. New fares will take effect September 7, 2010.
New Fares:
One-way Cash Fares Adult Youth $1.25
Special 5 Years & Under CherryLift
Day Pass Adult Youth Special 5 Years & Under
Cherricard Adult Youth Special 5 Years & Under
Monthly Pass Adult Youth Special 5 Years & Under Summer Youth Pass (effective 2011) *September monthly passes purchased in August will be at the new rate.
